ALL FISH ARE DEAD FISH
THE MYTHOLOGICAL MOTION OF 'PASSING THROUGH' IN THE CONTEMPORARY REALM OF 'DOOM SCROLLING'. COMMUTING, PACKING CARDBOARD BOXES... THE EARLIEST KNOWN MECHANICAL DEVICES USED IN PERFORMANCE ARE PROBABLY WINCHES FOR ASCENDING AND DESCENDING REPRESENTATIVES OF GODS IN ANCIENT GREECE.
WHERE ARE THE GODS? PERHAPS THEY CAN BE FOUND AT THE BOTTOM OF THE 'DOOM SCROLL'.

THE GAZE THAT MAKES ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE, SEEN, HARASSED, SEXUALISED, PRETTY, SAD, TERRORISED.THAT ME GIVES ME RIGHTS, POLITICS THAT CONTROL MY BODY, THAT TAKES MY RIGHTS AWAY, DICTATES WHAT I SHOULD LOOK LIKE, ALLOWS ME TO SPEAK OR NOT.

THE STATE OF MOVING FROM ONE POINT TO ANOTHER, JUMPING TO GREAT HEIGHTS, OR EXPERIENCING A CHANGE.

THE MOMENT AT WHICH THERE HAS BEEN A POINT OF DEPARTURE, BUT NOT YET A POINT OF ARRIVAL; THE STATE OF BEING IN-BETWEEN.

THE IN-BETWEEN IS A STATE, A LEAP OF FAITH, IN WHICH AN ACTION HAS ALREADY BEEN INITIATED, BUT HAS NOT YET COME TO AN END.
